Truck RACE thread --- Dover

He’s probably excited. Learning his trade in a developmental series without havin' cup guys around.

Maybe he’ll get up to junior sedans or cup some day.

Fun race.

We learned tires dont mean **** compared to track position. Goodyear needs to step up their fall off game.

Sauter and Crafton are truck grade drivers IMO. Kyle damn Busch looks like an idiot out there.

Sauter and Crafton should have moved up to Xfinity IMHO, Crafton could do better than Jones or Gaughan at this point for RCR.

Am I the only one far from impressed by this Gragson kid?

I heard he was getting the ride this season at he Winter Showdown in Bakersfield. The kid can wheel a Super Late Model, but he has been less then impressive in the Truck Series with very, very good equipment.

Sorry to see the 8 fouled up.

Sauter has 85 cup starts ‘n 205 in the junior sedan series.

Someone will come along shortly to tell you it was all horse power. Clean air had nothing to do with Sauter winning.

Kez's driver Chase Briscoe needs to wake up on his restarts. And his pit needs to get all 4 on at the same time. He's pretty fast for a rookie.

It sucks for sure and I know it was completely an accident, but that could've caused a serious incident... you live and you learn. I don't fault NASCAR for the penalty.

Decent race , enjoyed the lack of truckwackers

No it was way too big a factor, hence why Enfinger and Grala could catch Sauter, but couldn't pass him.

Mild rant here but that's why I am such a fan of VHT. Clean air is vital in sprint car racing as well, however the ability to run multiple grooves on a dirt track make it so damn exciting to watch. These NASCAR tracks with pretty much one groove aren't the most riveting things to watch because of this

You wish somebody with authority (Brian?) would step in once in a while. I can see the severe tire penalty in a race if the tire causes a big problem/accident/injury/damage. While they are at it, the jackman kept the carrier and the tire changer from doing their job and he should be the point man if anything goes down. The wording should be could result in a 4 race suspension bla, bla, bla.

Disagree with you there. If some car would have hit that and punted it into the stands, holy cow

"If" ...that rule would be great IF that happened..it didn't even come close. Like they needed a rule for that in the first place. They make the rules as they go along and probably will here.
