Truck RACE thread --- Gateway

This sounds awfully painful.

Dare I say the response leaves something to be desired too.

Pathetic. It took 56 seconds for the first responder to approach his window, measuring from the moment of the spin. The contrast to what we saw last week at Indy is striking. There, a typical spin and crash takes about 8 seconds for the car to stop sliding, and another 8 seconds after that for the medical team to be at the car talking to the driver. This incident took 3.5 times as long (56 sec compared to 16 sec).

IndyCar medical response is the gold standard of the world. In comparison, Nascar's response team is lackadaisical. Fortunately, probably no adverse consequences this time, but still...

Milwaukee mile is a great teacher

Would be great to have Milwaukee back in Trucks while Road America has Xfinity and Cup. Heard the Mile wanted Trucks from the track but probably can’t pay the sanction or race date.
