I thought they said at the start of this year, when announcing the Chase.
I know Kyle Larson, Erik Jones and Chase Elliott are exempt from next year's restrictions.
Should've just called it the Kyle Busch Rule.

Just a race fan
Just watched the race from my DVR. Yep, the truck guys always race hard and put on a hell of a show, great race (except for the announcers booth I muted 50 % of it), 3 wide 4 wide hard racing. I love to watch the young guns get'r done. I was pulling for Peters, but, all good anyway.
Glad Sauter won it and not Crafton. Hats off to Byron for showing he was as good as we think he is, humble in the interview and proud of his team, he is good young man with a lot of talent.
