Layne hangs on to win!

Great race, the first ever street race for the trucks was a ton of fun. The chaos that everyone expected didn't happen.

Great results for Braun and Hinchcliffe, bummed for Dario but he ran way better than expected.

Also, Townsend Bell did a great job as a co-announcer. Way better informed than Mikey who does this every week.

Majeski had a ton of speed and probably should’ve won if he didn’t **** up the hairpin after the restart, but Riggs ran a great race all day and pulled off some great moves.

This one was a winner. The grounds and the stands were as full as I can remember them being for a Saturday here and it seemed like everyone had a lot of fun with the Trucks joining the card. It’s also a great way to get beautiful downtown St. Pete some more national TV exposure so hopefully they come back next season.
