Trucks @ Kentucky 6/26 - UNOH 225

bubba's key ta p2........jgr engines !
prolly in nns too tomorrow nite.

cup race sat. nite ?
misplaced priorities ?

When tires don't matter, I just can't. My roommate is obsessed with Nascar and I bet even he is regretting watching the race on the DVR right now lol.

Wiggins & Stauskas in the top-10. Watch out Dream Team, we're the new basketball factory up here in Canada! Lol! (No, I'm not serious)
I just wanna know where Wiggins got that jacket...

I watched the race because it still hasn't gone down hill enough for me to watch the NBA or it's draft. But I have been impressed lately with Wallace and Blaney. And everything else on was a rerun.

I saw Truck qualifying and knew it would be The Kyle Busch Show.

I thought this was one of Bubba's best drives. Enjoyed the race.
a first and a second in two weeks and he has another win besides. He is in the best equipment in the series, but he is making the best of it and maturing pretty fast. He drove a smart race. They didn't have nothing for KBM gang tonight.

I get it if all that matters is the winner, but I am looking at other things in the race as well. Bubba drove a very smart race, Blaney looked good, and Kez is a wheel man.

I know this isn't fashionable, but did anybody notice how jacked Kyle was for Bubba?

Good post. They are grooming Wallace the right way. I know you're not a stick and ball guy Stand, but others might get this analogy: they're kind of following the Detroit Red Wings line if thinking, where they leave talented players in the minors until they've ripened past maturity, so when they step up to the bigs, they excel because they are more than ready. Let Bubba over ripen in Trucks and Nationwide. He dominates, learns how to be a winner and a champion, then move him to cup. A year too long in the minors is FAR better than a year too short. RCR should do the same with Ty and HMS with Chase. Let them race against the solid 2nd tier drivers like Sadler, Smith, Scott, Cassill, the Bueschers etc. for a few years and learn how to become dominant.

bubba ...like chase....nemo....blaney....corey....etc .....is nascar's future . future stars.

but when jgr motors/set ups.... are so obviously superior in truck /nns .......then so far behind hms in cup .....
.....sorta makes lower series dominance look misplaced. ?

norm benning coulda driven kyle's truck ta checkers tonite !

FS1 hardly gives much TV time to the drivers that are supposed to be in this series when the Truck race is a support race for Cup, which is why Gateway was so refreshing. It's the end of June and the Truck Series already has only four standalone events left.

long ky bu suck up by fs1 broadcast team at end only made it worse .

I liked how the Dollar General truck looked when Kyle got out, those Tundra's are not only running hard this season but they look hard as well...
