Ty fined.. Harvick fine.

The bolded is all that really matters.

We can debate about the rest of it forever. All I know is that I saw both Harvick and Ty hitting each other under caution, so if Harvick deserved a slap on the wrist for what he did, so did Ty. In the end, NASCAR didn't care about any of that so neither one of them were penalized. And honestly, why should we care? We're talking about potential wrist slaps here, not severe, season altering penalties. Does it really even matter in the end?

And to call for Harvick to be suspended...really? I know you hate Harvick, and that's perfectly fine, but come on now. It's not like he got away with attempted murder or something. LOL.

We all like beatin and banging , except when there is beatin and banging . Then we think there should be penalties .

Voicing his opinion/making a statement.

I'd rather there be 43 Harvicks out there than 43 of Denny "Call you out on Twitter" Hamlin, Joey "Throw a water bottle and hope daddy doesn't notice" Logano, Kasey "I'll let JGR push me around all year long" Kahne, and so on.

but it didn't come from his CC Richmond. Those words came from Team owner Childress.

Owner telling his driver to wreck another competitor. Hmm is that ok with Nascar?
Maybe Childress should have been fined if that were true.
 
NASCAR was right...okay maybe Harvick should have gotten at least short prohibition but Ty was in the wrong imo.
