Very nice facility. Shame they lost the national event for whatever reason. 5.80 is a fun class. Shot the breeze with some of the racers, learned the place, ect. 52 miles, but we like it.

One of the mustangs, the 96-2004ish body style, had a turbo and 2 stages of nitrous, that we could tell. He was "No Time", but the tower left the lights on one one of his passes. Ran 4.90 in the 1/8.

I'm bitter about IHRA renaming the President's Cup Nationals and moving them to August. Didn't they learn last time they moved that race that it's going to be a failure?
Remember, the IHRA is like Monster Jam now- It's all match racing, everybody gets paid roughly the same to keep costs down. It's an entertainment sport, not competition sport.
