and he's been bringing it out since the beginning of time.

RR tire going down my ass. Awful lot of air in that tire toying on the banking. What a coincidence coming to the white flag of all laps.

Idk who called in the favor or who they have a silent agreement with whether it's chevy hendrick or nascar itself as an entertainment marker, someone green lit the button on this one.

Nothing all race...then coming to get the white. Oh sure okay I believe that one. But thank you for making the race more entertaining while yielding the ideal result a Tyler A Reddick win.

Whoever is inspiring or paying for Ware's itch needs to tell him to start scratching a little sooner instead of waiting until forth turn just before the white flag . I would think turn number one with two laps to go at the latest.

Itchabod Bowyer scratched hisself with about seven laps to go I think, which is still an effective itch when adding in the laps needed to clean up the track (milking more commercial$).

If Nascar needs to hire some instant yellows that should come up with somethin that is more remarkable than just another Ware shietbox spin. Make it something to really talk about.

Something like a bird decoy drone, with the diarrhea that greases up the track with five laps to go, bring back the nekkid Richmond fence climber with about five laps to go etc ...

What conspiracy do you think he intentionally spun to help someone? Who? The JGR car, or the other JGR?

if you're a designated toyota yellow generator sacrificer you don't bring it out because your toyota's are good to go, if you're a designated chevy yellow generator or the designated nascar entertainment generator then you definitely bring it out after you've been greenlighted 🟢 by the powers at be.

I remember the bitching back when NASCAR did that. I recall some trash ending up being thrown on at least a couple tracks.
because dale jr wasnt going to win. i think if we are at a superspeedway, if the caution is going to end the race, we gotta let them race back. all other tracks we can freeze the field

This has been beat to death. A compromise was made years ago. A caution thrown up until the white flag lap gets a overtime. On the white flag lap the field is frozen where they run and the race is over. Deal with it.

.... buddy they suck at inforcing it...... i want races to end when it ends... i am tired of overtimes. and i am the "new fan" they want this system for, and i hate it......

That and a fiver will get you a coffee at Starbucks. It's a compromise. That means nobody is happy. :idunno:

Can we please go back to finishing under caution. PLEASE. this **** is getting annoyying
Then people will complain that they could have cleaned it up faster to get back to green for the finish. IMO I'd rather have them take the time necessary to get the track right than rushing back with a bunch of crap still out there.

I'd be ok with throwing the red at the end if needed to keep it to the scheduled distance

That’s what Indy does. I’m okay with ONE caution, the unlimited **** is a bit much

God I hate this fanbase most days.

Bringing back bad things of the past because of nostalgia and short sightendness.

Ending races under caution sucked, it always sucked I will not let that come back.

You people have taken enough from me the last couple years with your constant compliments and NASCAR has only made it worse by rewarding you.

I would actually be in favor of something like if it's 5 laps to go throw the red so we can get a green finish. Otherwise run it out under yellow

I think a lunacy commission should be awarded for some, and I am sure the feeling is mutual. We're all Bozo's on this bus when you get down to it. 😁

You’re not wrong. One is the happy medium IMO

for once i take i disargee with you with.

no, this isnt me being nostalgic........ I am just ****** tired of constant bs with the overtime rule. i would be less pissed if they made the rules more concrete and less "we change it depending on whos leading".........

A key example is the brickyard in 2024........ they should have thrown a caution for Cole spinning, but instead they threw the caution after larson crossed the line. that was bs and not part of the rules.

I dont hate the idea of overtimes, i hate how nascar cant ****** do anything right half the damn time, so thats why i just wanted them to end the race. its hard to **** up overtimes if they dont exist

The green-white-checker and double file restarts are the best "gimmicks" NASCAR ever implemented. Both are also the norm at every level and series in asphalt short track oval racing so I really don't have a problem with it

I just think nascar needs to be less stupid with it i guess.

I am still pissed at how the handled both Nashville and the brickyard in 2024

Do you have access to all of the camera angles/timing loops that NASCAR has? To make these claims you must have or else...

Overtime sucks because it’s so different from other sports. You don’t have hockey teams losing by three points given a second chance in overtime or NFL teams down by 14 given another chance because of overtime. If NASCAR goes into overtime, let anyone within a second of the leader battle it out in a two laps shootout and just score the rest of the field in the position they were in at the time of caution. My biggest annoyance is when fuel comes into play, especially due to multiple overtimes. How is a team supposed to strategize for that!?!?

We Don Quixotes tilted at the windmill of playoffs for over a decade. Our efforts didn't kill the dragon but we've cut it down to more of a lizard.

Sancho and I will continue whacking at the GWC. 'Willing to march in to Hell for a heavenly cause' and all that.
