What about Texaco and #28 ?

I saw this question asked in the other thread about Rudd's move, but it was never followed up on --- since it is exactly the question I had, I thought it deserved it's own thread....

Does anyone know what will happen to the #28 and/or Texaco's sponsorship? Or I should say, What do you THINK will happen?
 
From what I hear and think that I know, The #28 belongs to Ricky and he will change the bros 21 to his 28? Now about Texaco I am not at all sure, Silly Season has got control of it.
 
If the earlier reports had any truth, the #28 was released by RYR to Texaco-Havoline. THe sponsor wants the number because they feel fans identify the number with them.

THe question sort of is now does Havoline have a deal with Ganassi??
