maybe its because most of speedweek isn't televised down here but I don't really tune in til the Daytona 500
I agreeIt could be a blessing or an annoyance depending on how you see it..or feel about it.
I think we get over saturated with Speedweek. Too much racing at one single place. No bueno imo.

I like the Duels too.Out of all the races during speedweeks, what is your favorite to watch?
Mine would have to be the Gatorade Duels. I like the thursday format it kinda breaks that week up, and enjoy watching the guys race there way into the 500.
I sorta like them in the order I see them for the same reason. They build up to the 500.I love the shootout because it means the wait is finally over - they are back!
They've at least gained some of their drama back since the elimination of the top 35 rule which rendered them rather pointless. The Gatorade Duels are my favorite -- usually the most dramatic of the races. Those races have it all.
That's a silly question. All of'em.Out of all the races during speedweeks, what is your favorite to watch?.
That's a big surprise. The Nationwide and the truck series followed by the cup race

I liked watching the Busch Clash and the Twin 125's but lost interest quite some time ago in any preliminary Daytona 500 stuff. I am with you in that I always liked the Busch race before the 500 better than the 500.
The "no push" rule has kinda messed it up but I still enjoy it and the truck race too, wish they were a bit longer races though
They pass by quickly because they're shorter. That's also why they're better; the drivers can't just ride around logging laps.I know what you mean as those races seem to go by quickly
And if we started every season at Martinsville or Sonoma, then we'd regard those races the same way.The 500 for me. So much history, so many dreams coming true, so many heartbreaks hidden in the smoke of the winners burnout.
I don't think Riverside was ever regarded that way though. And if we started every season at Martinsville or Sonoma, then we'd regard those races the same way.
same here, hard to pick which oneThe Duel and the 500.
