Just as the title says what kind of car do you drive as your daily? And what kind of mods have you done to it?

1998 GMC Jimmy, I have a Kasey Kahne plate on the front if that counts:D

2001 Subaru Legacy GT, haven't done anything to it. I also have a 2001 Dodge 2500 with a Cummins, got cold air induction, high performance injection nozzles,a chip a a few other goodies on it. It now puts out about 450hp, but gets 21-22mpg around town and at last check 26 on the highway. Now if damn diesel fuel would come down in price, I'd enjoy driving it again!

2004 Dodge Stratus R/T. No modification but in the same idea as kkfan, my license plate (North Carolina) has a NASCAR theme.

I drive a 1992 Ford Taurus SHO. For those that know what a SHO is, SHO stands for Super High Output. It has a 5 speed transmission and under the hood is a 24 valve V6 that from the factory that puts out 220hp to the wheels.

Mods:
Custom exhaust that boosts my hp to 240hp to the wheels.
Koni adjustable struts up front with Eibach lowering springs, back has Bondurant racing struts with cargo coils.
What is known in the SHO world as "96 brake upgrade" which is 13in rotors up front and 11in rotors on the back, with Porterfield street racing pads all around. Steel braided brake lines.
Aluminum sub frame bushings, and TPR bushings all under the car.
Enkei 6 spoke 16x7 and half inch wide rims, with Yokohama Z rated tires.
Hella Optilux Black dual beam halogen fog/driving lamps.

My car club drives 2 road courses a year so is set this car up for this.

I have a '72 short bed pick-up that I've done a few mods on. When I got it it was bone stock with a 360 2bbl, whopping 151hp @ 4000rpms.
Since 2008 I built and installed a 520hp 466" big block, rebuilt the trans with a TransGo shift kit and a 2600 stall converter. I lowered the front with a powdercoated set of Dream Beams, polyurethane pivot bushings and 1 coil cut off of variable rate Moog springs, yeilding a three inch drop. I lowered the rear 5 3/4" by relocating the diff housing from under the leaf springs to over the leaf springs, this mod required c-notching the frame rails above the diff housing and relocating the axle snubbers and replacing the driveshaft with a 2 1/2" shorter shaft. Because of the lack of traction with 520hp and a light pick-up rear end, I removed the in-cab fuel tank and fabricated a frame to install a 22 gallon, 1970 Mustang fuel tank under the bed, behind the rear axle and fabricated a fuel door in the rear of the bed floor. I also relocated the battery from under the hood to under the bed. Even with the fuel tank and battery relocated to the rear I still roast the tires at will so I'm currently mini-tubbing the rear tubs 3 1/2" to allow clearance of the 325/50/15 Mickey Thompson Street ET radials.

2001 Dakota here as well. Other than 31"x10.25" (265/75-16) tires that I was told would never fit, the 75 watt 10" sub behind my seat (and aftermarket radio + XM reciever), and the V8 throttle body on my puny V6, it's stock.

A 2004 PT Cruiser and an S-10 Truck. My next daily driver will be a homebuilt aircraft. :D

2007 Mazdaspeed3 with a few bolt-ons. Made 288hp and 315ft/lbs to the wheels last summer.

2006 GMC Yukon with a K&N Filter, couple of boosterseats, full of baseball equipment on the weekends and work toys during the week.

Wish I still had my '96 Camaro....Flowmaster exhaust, K&N fliter, chip, couple of more things here and there. It was a beautiful car.

When I am not working @ home my 2003 Honda Civic get me to/from the office. Just turned 198,000 last week. Only mods are a full tank of gas every week, sometimes twice a week.

Never pursued buying my brothers GMC from my SIL. #1 She wanted way to much #2 He and I had our differences but I don't need to be reminded every time I look at it.

Been looking, just looking, at a 2012 Silverado. I bought my first house for less than the sticker price [who pays that anyway?] and the bank gave me 30 years to pay! New truck prices are nutz.

Just turned 55,000. 2005 Chevy ext cab.

Mustang 93 just turned over 300000
