I'll say Dillion in the 3 gets at least 1 win.
Rocket Man no wins a few top 5's
Menard no wins just daddy's $$$$$$

I think i would have to say Menard or Ryan. They have more experience and have already won a race in in a cup car. But, you never know...Dillon may go out there and really go after it to try to prove that he really belongs in cup.

Dillion is the only unknown. The other two aren't going to set the world on fire. and we know RCR is not hms. Maybe they can get something going with the 3. I don't understand why RCR can't run with hms

I'm not sure any of them will win. Newman might squeak out one. Menard isn't gonna win, and Dillon didn't even win a Nationwide race so....we'll see.

I would have to go with Newman. Dillon would be a suprise because the boys aren't going to be happy he is there, Manard hasn't won in years.

I believe it was 2011 in cup and 2006 in nationwide for Menard.

Newman will win a couple races this year. He's the best driver at RCR, no doubt

Newman will win 2 races. Menard and Dillion will put up respectable numbers but won't make the chase.

Newman, he is better than most folks want to admit.
Dillon has talent but there are adjustments and learning curves ahead. I dont think it is fair to expect the rookie to win before the vetern does.

If you asked me to pick better long term sucess, I would go with Dillion.

I would agree. Dillon is a patient aggressive driver in the races I have watched, not on many highlight reels for doing something stupid. I think his first year he will qualify well in many races, top 5 or better, but when the flag falls and it is time to make adjustments, his lack of experience will come into play.

I've been very critical of RCR the past few years, but I actually think they might be righting the ship. They finally have a competition director and it sounds like they've invested heavily in that dept. during the offseason.

I think Newman can win multiple races next year, and will be the first RCR driver in victory lane. From what I saw out of Dillon during the fall race at Talladega, I think he'll have a chance to win at the RP races at least and maybe a place like Kentucky where I believe he has won multiple times already.

If anybody wins at RCR it will be Newman. I think for atleast 2014, Menard has a better chance at winning than Dillon.

Newman is the safe bet. But with the way things go at the RP tracks its possible for Dillon or Newman to steal one. Wouldn't it be something is Dillon snuck up and won Daytona..

Welcome Wrangler 1, the cowboy hat haters would come out of the woodwork if he did. they probably would never get over it. :)

Because HMS has the best equipment, best drivers, and more money....pretty simple.

I'd have to say Newman. Honestly I think Dillon is going to get a rude awakening in Cup, because in Cup, everyone is fast.

I'm gonna say Austin gets the first win for RCR next year. He's got talent, I know he takes a lot of flack for being Childress' grandson but he had some respectable showings even in Finch's equipment last year. He'll have the best of the best equipment and RCR will put every resource behind him.

Yep.

Resources dont keep you off the wall... he's good.. but I see him being about as good as Stenhouse this season... Newman is the veteran and Menard is.. uhh, a seat filler.... Newman will win first... if ANY of them do.

Anything could happen at one of the plate races, but aside from that, I don't see Dillon scoring a top-5 in 2014. A good rookie campaign for him would be beating Stenhouse's 2013 marks. RCR goes winless. I don't think most realize just how much Harvick carried that organization.

Welcome Wrangler , I agree , Newman (if anybody) , glad to have you aboard..Nice car.

I know they got the money and money is horsepower, but so does roush. but they can't have all the smartest people in nascar.
