I think the car should be publicly stripped of it's yellow colors by the Sprint Girls...Oh I forgot they would break a nail. Let Brian do it.
 
I keeping with the "new" chase format, there should be a ceremonial stripping of the colors, blow up the car... something. Anything for the ratings.

I just had a fan council survey and one of the questions was "do you think that the special chase paint scheme should be removed when the driver is eliminated? ", so o guess they're mulling it over?

The reason they didn't do it earlier is because Stewart still had a shot at making the chase if he won a race. He had a better shot at winning with a better pit crew.
