Why Can't Drivers Tweet Photos From Infield Care?

Why are there no cameras inside the bathrooms used by the drivers ?

If Dale Jr wanted to tweet a photo from the bathroom with him sitting on the toilet, as disgusting as that would be, it shouldn't be an issue.

NASCAR is so hellbent on policing their image and controlling what people think of them that they are letting the huge things slip through the cracks while micromanaging what people are saying them on social media. It's absurd.

Show me another sport where an athlete can get reprimanded for tweeting pic showing that he or a fellow teammate are ok?

.

Some places should be sacred ........ medical establishments and bathrooms come to mind.

Another example of NASCAR turning off fans in a bid to be too serious. When someone (Edwards?) tweeted a pic during the Daytona red flag a few years back, the natural reaction would be 'haha, just don't do it under green.' Instead, they banned phones in the cars. Same situation here. NASCAR wants to appeal to young people, but limits access in the ways young people like to get it.

IMO, he should get penalized.

He's sick but not enough to tweet pictures and post? o_O

That's damn near gross negligence..on self.

As for the question..I think I see a difference.

Jr. took a picture of someone else and posted it without consent? As silly as that sound.

If you yourself take it, it should be fine in my opinion though.

Aren't there some other reasons phones in the cars were bannned?

Besides the fact that they weren't in the cars back in the day, of course.
