Why in the hell is Lindsay Lohan still allowed out in public?

Starting a thread, and then using phrases like "shoved in my face" and "why in the hell..." say otherwise Andy. Obviously, you're riled up about the fact that she's not in prison.
 
For the record, regarding the TMZ remark, I respect the work they do. Those people are on top of it and I sure wish we had a TMZ-style news agency in Washington to watch those clown in Congress like a hawk.

Obviously it's meaningful to some idiots otherwise they wouldn't be profitable. This is the same idiotic country where more Americans watch the Academy Awards than the State of the Union. Welcome to America.
 
I'm with TRL, she should have been put in jail a long time ago. I believe my kid and more than likely yours too would be doing time if they did the exact same thing.

On top of what exactly? Aren't these the people who follow famous people around like stalkers? Or am I thinking of someone else.
 
TMZ shouldn't be allowed to report. When there is a catfight among women rule # 1 is take some pictures for me.
 
Well my nerves are shot over this, it is almost as bad as when Brittney and Justin Timberlake were still struggling to stay together.
That was some tough stuff, one day they would be back on hot and heavy and I was able to be happy and able to sleep .

Then they would be fighting the next day, Brittney would be all tore up, and I suffered terribly. The weekends were Hell, sometimes they would have a spat on Friday and I couldn't get any news until Monday. It kept me awake all weekend with diarrhea and the compounding dysenteries. Those Dingleberry weekends just about killed me while I was all knotted. up and stomach cramping through the weekends. Was Brittney and Justin fighting on the following Saturday night, or making Bacon? Something was happening and TMZ was so NOT giving the information fast enough, I had to know, and it is my right to know.
Just hang in there Andy, and remember the words of the gospel hymn " Further along we will understand it better, by and by".

Myself, I am getting better and only need to see Dr Leo Marvin twice a week now. Just don't get me started on that hussy Angelina Jolie stealing Brad from Jennifer, that's the one that hurt me most.

I grieve alot over Taylor Swift too, all of her pain in them songs. It will be December again in a few days, tough times coming.
 
In all seriousness, it is obvious that her money and celebrity have kept her out of the trouble that a normal person would have been in for what she has done. That's life. It happens. But, I really couldn't care less about whether I see her again or not.
 
If everyone would ignore her and not giver her all this attention, she would just kill herself and we wouldn't have to hear about her anymore
 
Prisons should be reserved for violent criminals. People such as Lindsay Lohan require a completely different type of penalty so you've got to hit him them where it really hurts.
 
The court f'd up to begin with. If Lindsay had been sent to jail in the general population as opposed to solitary then I'm pretty certain we wouldn't be seeing this continued spoiled-brat behavior.
 
Calif just filed 3 more charges relating to the accident this past summer. As I said before if it was your kid or mine we'd be visiting on Sundays.
 
For those of you who care about celebrity issues.....I give you someone even worse than Lindsay Lohan and his name is Katt Williams. He's being sued by his OWN FANS who paid to see him and he only put on a 10 minute show. He was arrested for hitting someone with a bottle in a club and just today a video surfaced of him slapping an employee at Target.
