What did you guys think about it? I kind of liked it, better than all of the commercials in my eyes. I give them an A for effort.

It was a 10 for me. Except for watching Dale go around all by himself and 3 breaks an hour.. We got to see all the real racing.

I enjoyed Wide Open a lot.

Canadian GP
Old as dirt!
While you guys south of the border were enjoying your 90 seconds worth of commercials I had to put up with 3-4 minutes worth of Canadian commercials more than 3 times an hour. I hate the fact that Canadian channels can do whatever they want.

I give TNT an A for effort also. It was inventive to use the letterbox space to show the extra stuff. And I liked the commercials in the 3x4" opening in the corner. About the only thing that bugged me was that by dilating the 4:3 cameras into a 16:9 space, it kinda distorts the video. But im used to it, as we have a 16:9 42" DLP TV in the living room but we dont have the HD hooked up.

I was watching on TNT standard def, nothing distorted. The graphics were kind of in your face, looked like CNN Headline News.
I really enjoyed it. Some of the "mini" movies in the corner were silly, but it sure beat anything else I've seen.
