Will f1 replace the cancelled grand prix’s due to the war?

Doubt it, its not like NASCAR where they could say ok well lets add a race at Darlington or Charlotte or Daytona road course. They have international logistics to worry about.

NASCAR has raced internationally.

Not on a weekly basis, ir off the continent. F1 teams are based all over, NASCAR teams are largely based in 1 area.

NASCAR has done Japan. I’m sure f1 could make it happen if they wanted to.

You're missing my point. That type of stuff takes a long time to plan. F1 can't just say we are going to go to this other country on a moments notice. At best they, if they wanted to, would run double races or something like that.

Thanks for clarifying. I see your point

They looked at Imola and Portimao for April but opted not to go ahead. The back end of the calendar is too packed already. There won’t be any replacement races.

They also looked at adding a second race in Japan but decided not to because teams will have already been far from home after Australia-China-Japan to open the season.

I think Las Vegas will end up being the finale. It's a long way out but the final two races for F1 are in Gulf states too and I don't think this war will wrap up by then.
