Will gas continue to drop in price?

That's a fact. We get hosed here in California because we have all those "Designer Blends". I have a son in Arizona that generally pays $0.30-$0.40 a gal. less that what we pay here. So they truck gas to Arizona on a 6 hr. trip from Long Beach and can sell it for less.

Plus we have winter blend of gas and a summer blend

They'll stop producing if it goes to low.

OPEC is trying to price domestic oil out of existence ... good luck, but I did read what they really want to do is kill R and D for new tech like oil from shale gas. Kill the R and D for a type of oil it makes your type more attractive.

It may go lower, the Saudis arent finished playing their game yet ....................... when they have put a hurt on every other producer in the world things may change

1.72 a gallon here.....but our governor is pushing for .10 tax to improve our roads, which are in terrible shape.

I was down in Temecula Friday and saw $2.65 a gal. The cheapest I've seen up my way is still around $2.80-$2.85. We get hosed here is Los Angeles County

2.29 in north SD county.

I've always wondered why gas is higher up there than Riverside, Orange County, or San Diego..

It costs 40 or 50 bucks a barrel to produce shale oil, nobody is interested in losing money, thats for sure

Oil just closed below 45 bucks. At that price we should be paying no more than $1.50-75 a gallon everywhere according to the so-called eggspurts.
Rumored that $25 a bbl may happen. Oil prices have to be $70 for the tar sands, shale oil to be profitable

Would the Saudi government lose money in the short term to put shale gas outta contention? Seems so. Dirty pool though.

Not so much about shale oil as it is putting the Iranians out of business and collapsing the Russian economy even more. They don't need the income from oil like other countries do, they can wait them out.

I'm all for putting a hurt on the Russians.

There's no doubt the price of oil will start to climb again. When it will is the question. So take what you've got buried in the back yard and stuffed in your mattress and get ready to jump into the market.
