WNBA 2025

Unbelievable collapse.

And the refs are doing what they do to Indiana in close games.

I’m going back to what I said a few days ago. Indiana won’t win another game without Caitlin Clark. They’re done. Honestly, they should consider tanking.

Crippling loss. Probably a season ending loss given that the Fever will lose four of the next five for sure.

I’m starting to see the criticism for Stephanie White. 0 minutes for Chloe Bibby after what she did last game is a fireable offense.

Fever could have used some 3 shooters in the 4 th quarter.

This is crazy work by ION.

She had 141 before today.

Geez, somebody definitely fell asleep at the switch there. :lol2:

What my man Ron Thulin on commentary was getting at but didn't clearly state (and that the words on the screen at least did correctly state, LOL) is that Paige has Dallas's single-season rookie assist record, previously held by Odyssey Sims.

Expansion team energy! Those Valkyries are rewriting the WNBA history books in 2025
Yessir, The Little Valkyries That Could. ^_^

I don't know what the powers that be are doing at times letting some of these good players like Chloe Bibby go, but man, what a feel-good story they have been this season. Coach Nakase has them playing better than I think anyone could have reasonably expected. I'm so proud of them.

Before Sophie's injury, more absolute BS from the refs.

I don't think I've ever seen, in any sport I follow, a league go out of their way to screw a team over as much as the WNBA goes out of its way to screw the Fever.

The Connecticut Sun are out of control. And somehow always get the calls. They don't play basketball, they play to hurt people. It's no wonder they wanted to keep Marina Mabrey so bad, they needed one of their assassins.

ugh, when I switched to the game she was on the ground.
Did the fall look bad ?

Bria Hartley has now taken Angel Reese, Rebecca Allen and Sophie Cunningham out with her dirty, dangerous style of play.

At some point, you gotta look at certain players and say they need to sit out games. She's a reckless, dirty player.

****, I hate the Connecticut Sun.

Sophie Cunningham's been fined multiple times this year for criticizing the refs because people are getting hurt.

The refs set the tone early calling a tech on Sophie for a foul committed by Connecticut. How TF do you get a foul when you're lying on your back?

Now she's hurt because, just like the Chicago game the other night, the W allows Connecticut to play this way.

I don't want the Fever to win this game. I want Aliyah Boston and Natasha Howard to go beat the ******** out of some of these Sun players. Take the suspensions because the season's over anyway.

THE ONLY PLAYERS the W makes any effort to protect are A'ja Wilson and Paige Bueckers.

Refs got this whole sequence wrong. It should be a jump ball before an 8-second violation, and I don’t see anything here that would be a tech from Sophie. Lacan flops to sell it.

This league is an embarrassment.

Ugh, poor Sophie. Just a complete freak accident that caused her injury, nothing malicious at all. Unreal.

There are usually one or two teams who get bit really badly by the injury bug, and I guess it was Indiana's turn this year. It be's like that sometimes.

The upcoming free agency could be nuts, but hopefully the powers that be in Indiana don't overreact and blow the roster up, and the current players choose to stay. They've got something good going here with this group. I want to see what they can do together next season, with everyone healthy.

Bria Hartley has no hand/eye coordination and no control over her limbs. Freak accident, because of this absolute talentless hack being on the court for a team that plays street ball.

The upcoming CBA better involve better officiating or its pointless.

Respectfully, I understand that emotions are running high, but I've been target practice for your venting in this thread before and am gonna have to pass on doing it today.
