No, it's not about Hawkins. It's about a sponsor's product line. Did you read it? Every one of her quotes is about the products. There's nothing about her or racing except in relation to the sponsor, and there are far more lines about skin care than her.

It's no more about her than a Gillette Young Guns ad was about Kenseth or Jr.

Watched this Saturday and Sunday morning from Canada on TSN. I was really impressed with the races.
 
It is great to see how many women are taking on different roles in motorsport, not just behind the wheel but in engineering, strategy, and performance.
Sarah Harrington, Red Bull’s Academy Programme Manager, talked about her journey and how she helps prepare young drivers to perform their best in this interview. Really inspiring to see how much the sport is evolving.
