What track do you think is the worst to attend in person for a race? There are a few that I've not been to that would probably fit into this category such as Indy and the road course races, but watching them on TV, you can see all the goings on.

My choice is Daytona. Though I do love the racing at that track, having been there on the backstretch, I didn't care for it. Also, they don't call the stands "stands" for nothing. Everyone stood up for the entire race, even the cautions. We could see 3/4 of the track, but the front stretch was blind except for the start/finish line. I do love that big tracks, but not in person.

What is your least favorite?

I'd probably say Indianapolis, I think the road course races are much better in person than Indy. I went to Daytona and I loved it, maybe it was just the backstretch grandstands that suck?

I've been on both sides of Daytona --- and I can say that the backstretch sucks. LOL

Talladega is probably my choice. Unless you sit in the upper stands you can't see everything. Granted, even from the upper stands the cars are the size of ants in Turn 3, but you can see them.

Indy would run neck and neck with 'Dega.

Indy gets this hands down.

Not only does the racing suck, but you can't see the whole track from any seat in the house. Indy is a track that's too drunk on it's own history to see that it's past it's prime. Yet for some reason, it's still regarded as one of the best tracks in the world.

The road courses, especially Watkins Glen, always praised by fans for being good tracks. Despite not being able to see the whole track, they make up for it in other ways.

havent been to Indy, so cant judge it...but i would say Daytona. I'll agree with the assessment of "stands", i dont even know why they put seats in at Daytona.

I don't know how you're supposed to see anything from Indy. The frontstretch grandstands are surrounded like a drag strip and the short-chutes are the same length as a short track straightaway, not sure how you're supposed to see the other end of the track.

NASCAR needs to race at ORP or Kentucky instead of the Brickyawn.

Andy, I know that it's ORP these days, but I'll always call it IRP just as many continue and will call Lowes Motor Speedway, Charlotte Motor Speedway. The O in ORP is only temporary anyway. But I wlll agree with you that there should be a Cup race there.

I would have to say Indy and Michigan. As for Daytona I have been on bothsides of the GrandStands and the back side is horrible. I sat there once and that was enough.
