WTCC to race on Nurburgring Nordschleife

...organizers plan to race on the combined Nürburgring GP circuit and the legendary Nordschleife, just like the Nürburgring’s 24 Hour race, with a lap totaling 25.378 kilometers (15.7 miles).

The idea is to hold one single 120km race, with one pit stop.

You missed it by a couple of weeks. Great battles between the Audi R8s and Mercedes SLS AMGs. The best part is watching them drag race down the Dottinger Hohe.

I love road racing, but that has got to be a terrible place to spectate at. Its a bad enough wait for the cars to get back in view at a 2.5 or 3 mile circuit, but 15?

Yeah, this is going to be better viewed on TV. Especially with them doing only five or so laps.
