No doubt in my mind Dillon. He should be DQ's from today's race. Harvick was DQ'd from the next days cup race after intentionally spinning out a competitor in a truck race.
Dillon used his car as a weapon. Not only should pop-pop take off his watch and put a few knots on his head I'd really like to see a multi race suspension handed down.

I am not justifying what he did, I am not very sympathetic for him.
Just want to know how unhinged or how much of a lack of restraint was involved.
If no damages were inflicted, a post race warning would be sufficient imo.
