Lapped cars just race so disrespectfully nowadays. Last night at New Smyrna, a lapped car flat out dumped the leader for no reason then blamed the leader.

I'm for good hard racing, but when you're not in contention and you're just out there to "log laps" and "get points," you need to be respectful.

It helps to be lucky than good. Allgaier literally did not have anywhere to go at that point. Clements checked up and basically stopped in the middle of the track.

It could be something to do with the brakes. I feel like the need for heat/usage is higher now than in the past....

It was a combination. The dude's a really, really, really, really good driver, but there was some luck involved in that too.

Haley's a very gritty and extremely talented driver, easily one of the top-five drivers in this series. But he's also a very lucky driver.
