YAY A CRASH I AM SO HAPPY

Jr/Gordon rivalry this year is just pissing me off.
I don't see how Gordon and Junior have a rivalry, I rememeber seeing them laughing together on TV during a rain delay at Pocono. Rivalry :bslfag:

I don't see it either, but as far as the TV people are concerned it's alive and well.

The only rival I really see for Jeff right now is Tony Stewart. Now that Tony has won a title it seems legit. I actually think of Tony as more likely to win on any given sunday than Jeff right now.

And their on and off track scuffles have done a little bit to spur that idea on too.

Oh, and if it were up to the TV people, Stewart wouldn't even exist.

Watching these last three races, you'd think Jr was the defending champion.

Actually they like to talk about Tony Stewart when he is involved in a controversy. When he is just running very well with a good car that doesn't seem to be a juicy enough story for them.

So True, but with a little bit of reason. He was the favorite at Daytona, wrecked a whole bunch at Rockingham, and had a strong run at Vegas.

That's what I thought you meant, but I wanted to make sure before I commented any further. I got a little peeved at the TV folk regarding the on-track incident between Jr. and Jeff. It was a simple fact of Jr. lifting and Jeff getting into the back and then getting spun by the car behind him. Nothing more than that. I guess the TV people are trying to revive the rivalry that Jeff had with Dale Sr.......?? B)

That has been old for awhile now. They beat things into the ground.

Just putting my 2 cents in here, no one around me started cheering until Gordon (tore up car and all) was seen driving into the pits.

That was because Gordon went behind the wall. ;) Being you were at the race mlitefan01, it only confirms my thoughts.

Thanks!
That's what I said from the start.
