If he got 16 points his rods are light and has to be penalized, 15 is all you can get. :D

I just checked, I had a brain fart again, you can get a total of 19 qualifying points in yahoo fantasy.
 
Well, I had my lowest score of the season this week with only 190 points. I guess we all have those days. On to Dega.
 
Had another good points day. Got 282 points and moved up a spot to 28 th. :) Glad I'm not in the 40s anymore like I was two weeks ago!

Hey dude, I am a couple behind ya, looked at your picks and I think you are probably the only one who picked Juan Pablo. You going to a psychic or what?:)

Not so much, or else I wouldn't have gone with Mark Martin. :oops:

Actually, I used to make my picks from a journal I compiled a bunch of driver stats on, but after falling into the 40's in the standings after a half-dozen or so races, I gave up with that and started drawing my picks at random. The first time I did that (Kansas), I moved up 11 spots. :cool:

One other person (Charlie Spencer) had Montoya as a starter.

I had Mark, he does well at that track, and Biffle, but I benched them and went with kybu, and Edwards. Had Harvick on the bench..damn, I moved him over into the hot seat after he did so well in Nationwide..had second thoughts with his low start in cup, so I moved Clint over. oh well. I moved up 2 into the top 30..not bad for a no score the first race. You had better be looking over your shoulder...I'm coming.

I'm not scared... I passed you a couple of weeks ago with an 11 position gain and I'm continuing to move up. :cool:

 
I moved up six spots to 13th, so I'm doing pretty well after a rough start. I need to stop taking Kyle Busch though. Three out of the four races I've started him were Daytona (engine), Phoenix (wrecked himself), and last night (wrecked).

Kyle has been decent to me..his brother..not so much, he killed me last week, but boy I got healed up at Bristol with those two.
 
I had Mark Martin and Kyle. At lap 300 I thought maybe a win, 3 cars in the top 10, all four in the top 20....

i had Kyle doing well, and I was watching Carl, who I had , but kicking myself because I had Mark on the bench...then wham

Interesting. I'm in another league; not a Yahoo league, with different format. It has 22 people, and 9 of them had JPM.

I can't figure out how to see the weekly results on the Yahoo page, or how to tell who had who without opening each player individually. Based on the number of positions I moved up, I'm guessing I did okay.

for weekly results. get to the Group Standings page and click on Weekly Performance

to see who had who, click on Group Picks
