And don't come back. You'll get a 2 week severance check in the mail. Bub-bye

9:45 last night ,my son gets a call from the facility manager. One of the couriers parked his van blocking access to a renters unit. The keys weren't on the board and the spares were nowhere to be found.
Today my son learned from him that he took the keys home, a no-no, and lost them. He somehow got into the spare keys and has been using them, in over two month he failed to get a replacement set made.
My son had to call for a wrecker to move the van. Got home around midnight and wasn't in a good mood.
Driver of this van has had numerous verbal and 2 written warnings. So first thing this morning he got the word. My son told him that if he had his way he'd have the cost of keys and the wrecker charge deducted from his final check. That the company would abide by the law but not to use him as a personal reference. On his way being escorted out my son told him Merry Christmas.
Yes, he was a millennial.
He's offering a bounty, I mean reward, no a ''employment bonus'' to Navy Dude and Army guy to shanghai another Vet.

Have your son pull up season 12 of Canada's Worst Driver and watch it. He'll feel soooo much better (or very much worse) about going in to work the next day.

what the **** does this guys age have to do with anything? I swear you hate people under 30.

Why not ... they make it so easy to hate them. But let's be honest ... it's not their age. It's their stupidity. We'd hate anyone this stupid. Not our fault an entire generation seems to have made staying in diapers and sucking a pacifier their life's greatest achievement. There are plenty of smart people under 30 ... but they don't refer to themselves as Millennials.

I know many people like "van driver". I'm amazed they can hold jobs....and some expectantly, can't.
