Your collection

I've since moved, and my cave and collection is way different now.

That's why I jumped out of my chair and ignored the NASCAR stuff. :D

Talk about blast from the past. Very rare to get.

I still have my Playstation and Playstation 2. I still play the 2 and I'm older than dirt. :D

Lucky.

I never had the foresight to keep any of my older consoles. I sure missed the N64 and Dreamcast.

Bump! Anyone have some cool stuff they want to share? I'm not sure why my last pics from earlier in the thread are no longer showing up. I'll need to look into that.

I do have one picture to share from my tiny little man cave.....

As you can (barely) see, I have a few diecasts out on display, and a ton more in "storage" awaiting a proper reveal. Many of which are from my youth, and several more I've collected over the years, plus a bunch of awesome gifts from @Johali (yes he gave them to me for free....just one example of how awesome of a guy he is)

The wife and I have discussed buying a different house in the spring. Once we move, my plan is to build a big display for all my diecasts and various other racing stuff deserving of a proper display. My man cave is small, my garage is small, and I don't have a basement. Hopefully the next house will provide the space I desire :D

I have a collection of mostly Jeff Gordon items with a few other select items, though most of what is in this thread blow my collection out of the water. I am not a Bowyer fan but I once bought a diecast of his because I knew I would have the chance to meet him and for some reason, I thought it would be cool to have an autographed diecast. I may or may not get around to posting pictures as about half my stuff is in storage totes. I sold a small few items this past weekend at a garage sale. I didn't keep any of my 1:24 action diecast boxes so those cars will be with me forever as I can't justify selling them considering how little I would get without their box.

I haven't bought anything since my high school days as bills pretty much take the majority of my paycheck.

I don't buy a ton of diecasts...try to keep it limited to the milestone type ones. I have Gordon's 1st Lumina, his last Martinsville race win, and I've ordered Chase's 1st race win. I thought this one was cool though since it was the 1st Camaro to hit the track, been waiting for it to arrive since January! And I'm a sucker for primer lol. Got lucky with the production number, this one is #6 of 283.

I love the test cars too. At least that is what my primers are. All of mine are Junior and Truex when he was with DEI. One year they had matching paint for testing. Junior sold so many diecasts, they fancied up almost every thing he did.

Wow, some of y'all have a ton of great stuff! All I have anymore is a couple of shirts. :D I'm not doing a very good job of supporting NASCAR. :p

I recently found this picture of my room circa 1987-88 (I was 15 years old). I still have several of the models. The Bobby Allison and Bill Elliott models both have signed hoods.

I'm in the early stages in figuring out how to display my collection, I've been turning most of the shelves on my desk into display areas tonight, but there is a ton more left.

I've done some more work on getting cars out for display, I'm going to be getting a few display cases, of just 1:24 scale I have over 30 cars, 5 1:43s, and well over 100 1:64.

I also saw that DW will be signing autographs at the racing trade show here next week going to try to get him to sign one of the Bud cars.

Added some new stuff to my collection today. My 2 personal favorites are a Natalie Decker 1/64 and a 1993 Bill Elliott 1/24 IROC car. Also got 2 of Kaseys LFR schemes from last year in 1/64, a 1/64 of Chases sun energy scheme, a Chris Buscher 1/64 a Kasey Kahne Geoff Bodine throwback. A 1/24 Dumont Jets throwback Kasey ran this year and a 1/24 Grant Enfinger truck.

So after I left the race show yesterday I got a call that I'd won 7 silent auction items.

I got a Tony Stewart sprint car, a signed DW truck, signed Bill Elliott truck, signed Chase Elliott car, and a signed Kasey Kahne car. Plus 2 signed Reed Sorenson cars I'm going to give to my friend who might be the world's biggest Sorenson fan.
