Throw for a little more than some screen passes. If you dont trust Prescott enough to throw down field against the Packers and make them defend the entire field than bench him.

They are too far behind to play possession football
 
I'm a little surprised Jones didn't fire McCarthy at halftime. He's probably going to go after Belichick now.
 
I would love to see Belichick on the Cowboys so they can lose in the 1st or 2nd round like any other coach.

Super Mild Card weekend has been horrible since they implemented the 17-game/7 team per conference playoff.

Having MNF in the playoffs is terrible with the exception of a postponed game. ESPN/ABC would be better served having a Saturday or Sunday game.
 
It's hard to fathom how bad the Packers looked during mid-season vs. how they're playing now. One virtue of the current 'parity' that exists in the NFL is how much teams ebb and flow throughout a season. The downside is an absence of great teams.

Can't believe the script writers are still giving us surprises even in the playoffs. Can't wait to see what they wrote up for the Detroit/LA game. I imagine a tie game with 30 seconds left. LA has the ball and is driving, then BOOM. A Matt Stafford face turn, as he tosses the ball directly to a Detroit defender who runs it back for a TD, giving Detroit the win. Then LA fires Stafford, Detroit hires him, then he and Goff run the NFL next season together sharing the QB role and get Detroit a SB victory!
 
I’d probably be sick to my stomach if I were a fan of another NFC North team. The Packers don’t rebuild, they reload.

The Bears stink and are sort of the new Browns of the NFL lately IMO. If they move to an indoor stadium they get even worse.

It could have been worse they could have had at least four interceptions. The Packer defenders dropped a couple of easy ones.

I think Prescott is dedicated but he is spooked and has no confidence when it comes to the playoffs.
 
I wish they’d do the Super Bowl in London UK & Munich, Germany and have the game start at 1-2 PM EST and 6-8 PM London/Munich time.

He’s got the yips like Romo did throwing the football. Forcing things that aren’t there. The defense wasn’t any good either in Prescott’s defense.

Yes they played lousy defense.
I just remember how Prescott went to throwing interceptions late last year, and repeated it today when it counted.

And just throwing screens in the third quarter with such a deficit was plenty of evidence that there was no confidence in him making good down field reads and passes.

It was over by then. You cant make the big plays when you will not take any risk.
 
Dallas might not be a bad gig for BB. Gets to be on a playoff caliber squad and collect a check and not worry about ruining his legacy too much because the Cowboys always lose in the 1st or 2nd round no matter what coach.
 
Defense needs to step up! It feels like if Detroit goes one drive without getting any points, LA will officially be in control as Detroit can't stop anyone.
