Dover

Greggy, I hope you learn from today's lesson. Told ya so. :D

My boy Gordy had the long run car as I said and it paid off.
Yep, you called it, bud. I called it going green all the way 'till the end, but that wasn't a bold prediction. Dover be's like that.

At least all the guys that fell out today were guys who didn't exactly light it up all season. I'm glad that none of the guys that have run good all year got screwed by the format.

Why are the doing a marathon interview on Allmendinger??? Get out of my face

Sucks seeing AJ this disappointed... He knew he didn't deserve to be in the chase, but that's what happens with this chase. You are good at a very select few tracks and manage to get a win at that track. Get your hopes up about the chase, then suffer the disappointment of not advancing, even tough you knew it'd happen.

The race didn't disappoint in the drama department, Kahne squeaking by because of a bad pit was good, Hamlin too. Harvick dang.

The only four races in which Gordon finished outside of 25th (Talladega, Loudon, Watkins Glen, Loudon) led to him winning the next race.

Fun Fact: the four guys eliminated from the Chase were the first four alphabetically by last name (Allmendinger, Almirola, Biffle, Ku. Busch).

Kurt....."You gotta run faster lap times....its hard to put the car on your back and run with it."

He not happy but put on a brave face.

Did anyone else read between the lines of what Kahne was just saying? lol

He should run that paint scheme more often.

That fluke tire going down aside last week. Nothing but 2nd places and now a win with it.

Also, this car now has two wins this year. (Kansas)

I'm just glad to be here and not have to see Jimmie win again. Congrats to Jeff.

This place was a bit more crowded then the last few races but still tons of empty seats.

Kesleowski crying 'cause he didn't get the caution he needed :XXROFL:

Kurt said it was all his fault...it is NOT all his fault.

If you all had any idea how pissed I am right now. ****** CC.

Right on Lisa . Kurt had a heck of a first year with a new team . He carried the entire team and never gave up . Congratulations Lisa , it really was a great year when you think about it.

And oh, by the way, there's still seven races left that he can win. :headbang:

I laughed at Harvick's interview.

He was acting like giving away races was something new. As if the other top 10 drivers don't expect it to happen every week.

No matter.

Gordon is going to win at least 4 races this year.

He's running superb at the mile and a halfs this year. Its inevitable that he'll win soon.

A nice call-back from way back earlier in the season. Voila.

You may call me awesome. Thank you.

do you think he would be that nice if it was his old pit crew? The harv should already have a championship.

And Jeff Gordon should already have 6 championships. But they don't. That's the way the cookie crumbles.

Sack up and win or shut up. Luck is an extremely important part of this sport. Both good and bad. The fact that Harvick always bitches or complains about his bad luck is just a clear sign that he isn't ready to win a Championship.

Yeah, I think the bonus points were just for the first round.

Now in his interview Allmendinger said he still had the chance to finish 5th in points, is that true? If so any idea how? Do the guys who get eliminated in the next two rounds get their points reset too?

Neither was Kurt Busch or Brad but they still got one.

Specially the case with Kurt. 10 years later and he's still not acting like a champion most of the time.
