I'l be there Sunday or Monday!! I've been waiting for this weekend for a looong time!! Pocono this week, then Kentucky in mid July then Pocono weeks after that! This is a good few weeks coming up!!

I love Pocono! The place has personality! It's like a cult classic movie. Years ago people didn't appreciate it but over time it's developed a loyal following...

Always enjoy the Pocono shows.

Have a great time. Where are you teeing it up?

Pocono is my home track. I have to open the course on Sunday then jet out by 11. The one plus of smaller crowds! Arrive around 12:30, relax for an hour then waltz in about 30 minutes before the green flag. 10-15 years ago we had to leave by 7 am....lol. I played at Jack Frost National today which is about 15 minutes from the track.

I have my courses lined up for my Kentucky trip. Friday the 13th The Virtues Club (#1 public in Ohio), Saturday morning Stonelick Hills near Cincinnati then Sunday on my way home The Quarry Club in Canton, OH.

There's some good golf courses near Pocono. Some with a lot of history. Jimmy Spencer use to host a big tournament when he was still driving during the 2nd Pocono weekend.

Friday: 80% chance of thunderstorms
Saturday: 80% chance of thunderstorms
Sunday: 60% chance of showers

Typical Pocono

While there might be some weather overall it really doesn't look too bad. Just about everything I see for Sunday looks good. They should get Saturday's events in too.

(I) Cole Custer in the 51, Ross Chastain in the 15, finished on the lead lap in the 600, Yeley 7, and Cassil 00.

I have actually enjoyed the racing at Pocono a bit more over the past couple of years. Shortening the race to 400 miles helped a lot. I'm bummed I can't watch this year. I highly doubt United Airlines Wi-Fi can handle streaming.

calling it now, the 18 will win again this weeken! before all the practice and qualifying im calling it. talk to yall sunday after the race :)

I'm going to be cross-eyed by this afternoon.

I'm actually hoping for rain...I get Mondays/Tuesdays off from work and I live just 2.5 hours from the track. A couple years ago when the Indycar race got rained out on Sunday I went for the Monday race. I think I paid $30 for general admission and just moved up the bleachers to wherever I wanted. That was my first (and only, so far) Indycar race. Talk about badass. Holy ****.
