What if Cup car fails inspection after Homestead......are they even checked?

Sure they have to pass pre-race inspection but we've seen this year parts made to adjust (not fail) "rear window"

If "NO" then what would stop them from making the cars adjustable / self adjustable

How altered or adjustable will these final 4 cars be?

This is so ****** stupid. So, fans are in a better spot to hear that the winner has been DQ'ed 2 1/2 hours after the event than 3 days? TV must love that as well. Here is the real story....They will tech those cars after Homestead the way they should every week. Turn a blind eye if they see something and pretend that everything is okay. There won't be a single person (because there never has been) who will question the result. We will not talk about penalties. We will all be happy. Why is this so ****** difficult? NASCAR simply cannot afford to penalize the winner, and everybody who has watched a single lap of NACAR understands this, and there is nothing wrong with that.
 
Do a contender tare down after every stage. Go-Pro camara deluxe reality TV style!!!!!!
 
We all understand that there will be no issues post Homestead, right? Rodney can have at it without penalty this time. His rear window is made of plastic wrap, and his spoiler will bang people in the front rows in the face. His car will be so skewed that you will be able to read the car number down the strait. His soaked tires will leave a trail, and the blower out the hood will be "rumor." What is important is that everybody understands that Delana's wife knows nothing. He just drives the car. Talk about an asterisk if he wins this. BTW....Kyle Busch's Phoenix car deemed legal. Keeps points, benefits, everything---something novel to the 4 team.
 
winner just has to remember to do an extreme burnout and blow the back fenders off the car, maybe even "accidently" hit the wall during burnout.
 
If I remember correctly, a few years back our own insider here Allen said that NASCAR will kind of let some things slide when it comes to the 4 teams that are competing for the Championship.

Harvick ( AKA the cheating bully) will pat or kiss every component on his car should he win, he knows full well that he couldn't be penalized enough to cover all the illegal parts. 2 or 3 tenths better .... he ain't

I wouldn't know, but Harv is no Kyle Busch IMO I recall you saying something positive about Rowdy a few times, something about him being one of the greatest ever. But I detest the cheating bully and certainly have nothing good to say about him. Old Harv even had to turn a poor lap down car at Phoenix, he is a bully

Harvick said he stopped. Hard to think a driver who needed to stay in the race would do something like that. But on the other hand, a driver who wasn't running for a championship in the truck series KDB did just that to a guy that was running for a championship.

Every team cheats. Kyle's team has been caught many times.

its been said that the cars are cheated up for the last race. We have talked about that here before, last year in particular. Notice how its always one of the championship 4 who wins the race? That is by design. They want one of the 4 to win the race. I think nascar is just trying to scare the teams into compliance. They are not going to call off the winner and the champion and end up with a circus and cluster f, after the winner's cheated car is illegal. I mean what are they going to do recall the confetti and champaigne and even the trophy, NAAW aint going to happen.
 
When a guy with one or two wins gets the championship over a guy with 8 wins, well that’s when you’ll realize who’s really getting screwed.

I’m not a fan of the playoff format. Not now, not ever. It’s why I don’t watch after race 26. None of the field should ever be “eliminated” from contention.
