Hey guys. This ain't from the track but whatever. I bought NH2 a while ago and never used the $50 SMI coupon it came with. I won't be making it to any races this year so someone should use it while it's still good. First person to PM me gets the code.

Just got an email from Pocono saying that kids 12 and under will get in for FREE for all 3 2019 Sunday events!! That's huge!!

Today's the deadline for Pocono renewals for 2019 to get the 20% discount. I buy a total of 11 tickets (four in June, seven in August). One of the seven in August is a kid's ticket, so they only populated six tickets into my renewal package (I assume thinking that it's free). I renewed everything on line Tuesday but this year the kid turns 13! He's a big kid too, nobody is going to pass him for 12. Trying to call and get this all straightened out. If they're busy at the office they farm you off to a call center where people have no idea what you're talking about. Just got off the line with them at the call center and they were unaware that under-12's were free this year. Nice gesture but they need to tighten it up over there. Have to keep after them.

Don't wait for a package for Sonoma.....Great track, great people, great weekend. Heading there for the third time this summer. Absolutely awesome.

I received an email about this. It's not race tickets but it's interesting.

Dover, Fordham & Dominion Brewing Company to release Splash & Go Lager to celebrate track’s 50th anniversary

Beer release party planned for Thursday, Jan. 31

Dover International Speedway, in cooperation with Dover, Delaware-based Fordham & Dominion Brewing Company, is releasing a special “Splash & Go” Lager as part of the celebrations surrounding the Monster Mile’s 50th anniversary this year.

Splash & Go (4.2% ABV) was developed to be an easy-drinking lager for fans to enjoy at home or in the grandstands at Dover International Speedway. It is named for the pit road strategy of drivers stopping in their pit box only to take a small amount of fuel before heading quickly back on the track.

This is a good deal. I already have our tickets so I'll call them and try and get some extras.

The West Coast Swing Begins!

The Sonoma Raceway road show heads to Sin City and Las Vegas Motor Speedway this weekend. If you’re attending the Pennzoil 400, stop by our booth in the vendor midway to say hello, enter to win race tickets and pick up some Sonoma Raceway schwag.

I can’t get the picture to upload but I got a letter from Bristol offering free cold pit passes with ticket purchase. 844-374-4821. They have some cheap lower tickets for $50 that’s a good deal for a free pit pass I think. Just passing along. Says it’s its good until March 15th. Spring race only

Wish there was something for Sonoma. There's deals locally in California, but I'm not there.

Call the track ticket office and see if they'll sell them to you for $45 and hold them at will call. If not call Save Mart in Sonoma and tell them where you are. Who knows, maybe it'll work.

Anybody know if Rows 21-30 in Turns 1-2 or 3-4 grandstand at New Hampshire is good enough to see the track? I'd rather pay $95 than $180 if both are good.

Yes, you will have a great view from there. I would prefer sitting in the turns over the front straight at NH.

Yeah I'm gonna try getting as close to row 30 as possible in 1-2. I tend to like 1-2 at most places unless Charlotte has a decent fan zone or something I'm missing out on.

Somebody on another place is a saying there's a minor obstructionn with the building in 3-4? Is it worth paying extra to get row 50 then?

I sat low in Turns 1 and 2 with a good view. Since I didn't sit in 3 or 4 I can't tell you for sure. Hopefully someone else can.

Meh. I might just get the $95 offer and move up or to a different seat if I have to. Flying across the country for the raceI think NASCAR will survive.

You're attending Sonoma for the first time right, where did you get tickets? I'm most likely getting a spot in the esses. My memory is kinda bad from the 2013 event that I don't remember if Turn 2 was any good. Turn 7 & 9 were good, the frontstretch sucked for the most part unless shaded areas is really that big of a deal.

We'll be moving around some but will mostly be in turn two.

Got to love the NASCAR Heat 3 ticket voucher ($50 off). Was able to snag general admission tickets to New Hampshire on Friday and Saturday, and row 30 tickets in turns 1-2 with a Fanvision weekend rental all for a grand total of... $76.
