Ross Chastain is a Future Star

I think Ross is a top 5 or so talent in the series right now.

He absolutely is a championship caliber driver, but will he be able to get there? Hard to say. He's a bone head.

I think Bell was just being an idiot, he was an idiot the entire race. He almost did the same exact thing to Larson on the first lap. Did it once more to someone else during the race, and then did it to Ross and Ross didn't lift for him.

Not sure what Bell was on about at Michigan, but that was a pretty messy race by him with what ultimately was probably a top three car.

Awesome race run by Ross Chastain today. Have it everything he had to finish second. Raced hard and clean. Hambone can flush that stupid list. Ross gave him room at key points but also raced him strong late with no incident. Kudos that the Hamster also raced clean.

Chastain deserves his place in the Champ 4. Still has to earn it next week, but what a season!
 
I really don't care one way or another about Ross or the championship but I'd sure get a kick out of him denying Hamlin a title. I imagine that'd be hard for Dennis to swallow.
 
Hahahahaha Denny deserves to lose the championship if he’s worried about Ross for 2 straight weeks instead of making his race car go vroom vroom

NASCAR sent a loud message with the suspension and a quiet one directly to drivers. They do not want to see retaliation. Hambone is FOS with his list blabber. If he turns Ross he knows he will get payback when it matters most. Trackhouse has two drivers…one is not in the playoffs and would have nothing much to lose.
Ross raced hard and clean last two weeks. I think he’s in the final 4 at Phoenix. Would love to see Bubba take his boss out in some fashion….(“OOPPS…”)😂

Oooooh lord.

While for right now it's hilarious that he screwed Hambone AGAIN, I have a feeling he's going to get his revenge next week.

Why should Hambone try to get ANY payback? Geez, he’s given a number of bumps and jolts to Chastain already. They raced hard but clean over these last two races. If he does, I hope NASCAR does what is right…suspends the 11 for the next race…Daytona 500. That’s a big incentive for Denny or any others to keep their whittle boy slingshots at home.

Because Ross has completely wrecked him twice this season? Don’t wreck Ross. But spin him out at a point of the race it matters. Make his race difficult. Because he kinda is owed that.

Like Hambone didn’t create all kinds of retribution ALREADY during races this season? He should have been parked and fined for all the crap he did to Ross during WWT (broke multiple NASCAR rules but numb nuts did nothing to him).

Faxt is, NASCAR has laid down the law on these guys following what Bubba did. The suspension set a precedent. They also put everyone on notice. Lastly, remember what the rules of the road have been at every Championship race for the last several years; NOBODY interferes with the final 4 racing for the cup. It’s actually made for some boring racing as most everyone plays it super safe. If Hamfist decides to do stupid, suspend him for the Daytona 500.

So. Let me just make sure I understand. How Ross has raced this season, wrecking people, and everything. That’s aye okay? But someone spinning him out, isn’t? Make it make sense to me. Now if he does it, sure sit him out of the 500, I’m fine with that. I also don’t want him to wreck him. I’m fine with a bit of a spin or something that’s not gonna put him in danger. But you can’t run over folks all season, and think you’re not gonna get payback. Hell MTJ still owes him also. Pretty sure a few others do.

I would contend that Ross has learned from his mistakes, has said so multiple times, and has raced clean and well over the last half of the season. There’s a time to put away this stuff, and that is now. Nobody racing for a championship deserves to be turned for no reason. Retribution time is well before now. Denny’s “list” is long and boring…we’re done with that run to mommy crap. He is childish, so maybe he will do it. If so, watch for him to get “the Kenseth” or a similar attitude adjustment.

Man wrecked Brad today, he ain’t learned anything tbh. He always pulls the “jeeze, I’m sorry about that.” line that Ty Gibbs always uses when he does the same crap.
