Random NASCAR Stuff to talk about.....

Ya gotta love NASCAR when a top tier driver & team like Kyle Larson/Hendrick & Ross Chastain/Trackhouse completely misses the setup and runs 15th-20th all day like at tracks like Gateway & New Hampshire for example.

Saw this the other day guy got a Kasey Kahne COT didn't say how much

Oh Good Lord, why????????
The article explains why. Because track conditions weren't the same for each group, times for one group would be better overall than the other group. Instead of lining up positions 11-40 by fastest Q time, they'll line up by fastest within each group, one group on the inside and one on the outside.

Yep, but I don't see how that is going to make any difference unless every track has the same preferred line. As long as Nascar is mixing things up, group B should have lane choice. That in turn would piss off about half of the group B's who would want the inside compared to group B's who wanted the outside. To solve that problem they could go get the "mayor" Jeff gerbil to negotiate for the group B drivers and in turn it would give the Hambone in his pod cast something to talk about.

Now since I settled all of that we can go back to scheduled programming of I HATE the chase, the cars, the Stages, the drivers personalities, and Nascar in general. Did I miss anything?

Agreed. I was just parroting NASCAR's motivation. Seems to me the 'fairest' thing would be to let drivers choose their starting lane, with fastest drivers choosing first.
Did I miss anything?
Deegan.

Random drawing for the drivers in said group and whoever is drawn get to pick.

I. At Darlington, the message board cannot be a yellow background with red block letters showing "HELP ME JESUS SAVE MY SOUL".

Yeah, some of y'all aren't going to get that. My apologies.
