I'll take grasping at straws for 600 please.Sounds good until some whiz kid in Daytona suggests reducing race distances even further, or going to timed races.
Aother advantage to streaming - no TV window to limit coverage.

Hey, I like your idea. But like most of the good ones around here, I can't see them being implemented.I'll take grasping at straws for 600 please.
Sometimes I wonder if they are like football where an official stands on the field and holds up play until the tv network returns from commercial. Maybe NASCAR could mandate no one can wreck during commercials. And this brings us to the last whammy. Stage breaks are commercial breaks. No way to slice it. I wish there weren't any commercials like everybody else but with billions on the line it ain't going to happen. If I had the wand, my improvement would be to shut off the lap scoring. They burn up sometimes 6, 8 minutes of running caution laps that are scored for the total laps giving us two long stage caution periods of less racing.
With the new movie F-1 being out, pretty sure that is going to force Nascar to follow suit with one of theirs.
Blaney is a notoriously huge Star Wars fan.Okay, what's with the Star Wars references?
Thanks!
He would be the one to ask about Chicago if you are a Chicago street race hater. The #9 is noticeably absent from both years.
Alex Palou won 5 r/c races and the I500 this season, but blew a 5-second lead Sunday by wandering off course twice late at Mid-Ohio. Nothing's guaranteed.Lol. You got SVG...and the rest of the field.![]()
