I was optimistic but skeptical about this race due to Gen 7 short track woes + all the meh races recently, but so far I’m thoroughly impressed! It’s crazy how something as simple as tires getting shredded can improve passing significantly.

I think this is gonna make its way into the top 5 races of the season (alongside Michigan, Charlotte, COTA and Atlanta 2).

I can’t hate the Gen 7 due to the fact it’s made Michigan one of, if not the best track on the circuit. But yes this race has been great, good tire

How does a car magically become a possible race winning car? Like what is done in one race that they haven’t bern able to do all season?

Gotta hit on your setup.

It used to be a lot more common when the rulebook allowed for more creativity. But 20-30 years ago, it happened almost every race. You would have a guy who was 30th in points qualifying or finishing up at the front

Someone tell Toddler Ty if he doesn't have brakes, get the hell off the track. It won't magically fix itself
