RCR Busweiser to Harvick announcement today

That just looks right. No more Ronald McDonald suit for Harvick.

Who all has Budweiser sponsored over the years in nascar other than the obvious of Jr and Kahne?

Budweiser first sponsored a team at NASCAR's top level in 1983 and has backed Terry Labonte, Darrell Waltrip, Geoff Bodine, Bill Elliott, Ken Schrader, Ricky Craven, Wally Dallenbach, Earnhardt Jr and Kahne.
 
Not much different.Just the addition of the number 2 and the bowtie sticker on the hood.
 
Now I can start drinking Budweiser again. Jr was the reason I stopped when I started watching nascar about 6 years ago, then there was Kahne. Yes, I'm that guy.
 
The Bud car paint scheme has looked good throughout its history IMO. Personally I'd like to see them field a Bud Light paint scheme though.
 
And the bad news:

It's only as primary sponsor for 22 races, down from 38 races in 2009. (including the non points ones)

Hopefully they find a sponsor for the other 16 races.

I thought that Bud went back a bit further. Now I have to do some research.
 
For some reason when I think about Budweiser sponsorship I don't think NASCAR.

This is what comes to my mind.

I imagine Hershey's/Reese's will step up for a few. If he wins the championship, he won't have any problem finding sponsorship.

Budweiser also sponsored Jr Johnsons # 97 with driver Tommy Ellis.

OK, so don't shoot the messenger as I didn't take the picture but they are getting ready to release some more pictures of Harvick's new paint scheme. Looks like a black Bud car to me. That would be cool IMO.....

I posted it in post #16. It shows up on my screen. I'm not sure what to do to fix it. :confused: I'll try posting the official one when I find it. Or..... if anyone else can, post it.

Hey I like Kasey's paint scheme I love the all red look better then that crappy red and white scheme he ran in 06-07

Bud is one of the worst tasting beers on the market, it gives me an instant headache because of all the chemicals and preservatives in it. If i go to a friends house and all there is bud or bud products i won't drink.

There's that. It was my cheap beer of choice, ALL mass produced American beer in general tastes like monkey piss. I have a Sierra Nevada, Heineken taste with a Miller budget, that's why I make my own now.
