Darrell Waltrip was keynote speaker at the National Prayer Breakfast. He did a good job it sounds like to me. Go to link below

Watched this earlier today. I'm not a DW fan in any shape for form but he did a great job.

I only refrained from posting it because we don't need any crap being posted about religion and the like on here. Not in reference to your post. I'm talking about the response to that type of post. Most times anything that is posted like this, it takes a nose dive and heads to the Podium.

Never been to the "Podium", probably never will from what I have read about it.

Only reason I posted was, it was a Nascar veteran that was chosen for a very honorable event, that is all, no agenda no nothing else. I don't even like DW (as a race broadcaster) , but, he is a Nascar veteran, he has walked the walk and talked the talk and backed it up, I respect that part of it.

In my opinion this is the best thread we've ever had and I wouldn't want it to get ruined. If It gets too bad the mod's will probably remove the offending post's. That's what they've done in the past.

Very cool for this MRN fan.

Motor Racing Network to cover Cup practice at Speedweeks: Motor Racing Network - "The Voice of NASCAR" - will provide unprecedented radio coverage of Budweiser Speedweeks at Daytona International Speedway this year as NASCAR kicks off its 67th season. MRN is adding more than 14 hours of Sprint Cup Series practice to its Speedweeks schedule, which opens Friday, Feb. 13.

Well that's something since it doesnt' appear practice for the Unlimited will be televised. Between MRN and twitter, I might learn how it's going.

Thank you! I keep looking for an event schedule at MRN and haven't been able to find it.

How much is Raceview? Thinking about subscribing this year. Going all out.

NASCAR still doesn't let you see a price or sign up for it yet. Which is wierd since we're like a week away from speedweeks.
