This feels like the kind of parity there was in the 2019-2020 season, maybe even more, before it got cut short during the conference tourneys.

Illinois needs to do a neutral site home game @ United Center in Chicago again.

And wow is the Mountain West stacked……..I mean you got Utah State, Boise State, San Diego State, Colorado State, New Mexico, Nevada playing Field of 68 basketball. I am consistently amazed how bad UNLV & Air Force are these days.

Hopefully Utah Valley or Denver can steal a bid in the WAC or Summit League. Maybe Northern Colorado in the Big Sky.

It’s a shame Utah Valley is having a bad year. Also sucks Utah Tech University isn’t Dixie State anymore, but everything is offensive.

I think some decent teams locally to follow for the tournament are Utah #1, BYU last on the bandwagon list, Colorado State, Colorado, New Mexico, Boise State, Utah State as well.

I have a hard time rooting for the Kansas & Oklahoma schools.
