How many speeding or other pit penalties does Reddick get today? NASCAR will do anything except fire a mortar to keep them from winning the championship.

NASCAR brass are huge Penske fans today. They don’t want the 45 to win for obvious reasons and a 24 win would shine a light on their incompetence.
