We had a hunting camp get together meal Saturday night. Turkey, Florida Lobster, and all the fixings and to top it off my wife's world famous Carrot Cake Cup Cakes.
A large time was had by all 18 of us. One of my buddies carving the Turkey.

The purple, red and blonde potatoes aren’t my fault. I saw them somewhere. Boneless ribeye, poblano corn with black beans and roasted Serrano peppers. Red onion and garlic sour cream. I think I hit the right temp on that Weber kettle…

The beauty is that you cooked it rare but on a hot enough flame to still get the char on the outside. Nice job.
