I’m not neurotypical. Empathy isn’t a strong trait for those on the spectrum. And zero empathy for those that are.
So you don't believe in retirement. IE; stopping workingIf I were on a budget, I would do something supplemental.
I like to work. I like routine. I’m not ready to retire. When I do retire I’ll still be working on classic cars.So you don't believe in retirement. IE; stopping working
Assuming you don't have a debilitating stroke or your eyesight starts to fail. The young believe they are invincible. Hope that work out for you.I like to work. I like routine. I’m not ready to retire. When I do retire I’ll still be working on classic cars.
I'm not young. I'll cross that bridge when I get there. I'll have enough resources when I retire.Assuming you don't have a debilitating stroke or your eyesight starts to fail. The young believe they are invincible. Hope that work out for you.
I thought I’d check out this thread to see about alternatives to YouTube TV as I don’t get much value from it. Obviously I’m on the wrong thread!
Telephone poles, power poles. Believe it or not there are still a lot of landlines in SoCal. Lower section is landlines and cable TV, upper is power lines. Are they still called telephone poles?
Agreed, but nobody's willing to pay to move existing lines underground. Paying compensation has less effect on the balance sheet. That stuff belongs in the ground, out of the wind and the weather.
Yeah, but the higher prices were made up by letting you call three different companies to point the fingers at each other when there was a problem.Remember when landline phone schit deregulated? Drove the prices up that people were already complaining about.
They are when you hit one of them. Are they still called telephone poles?
That's what they're called after you hit them. When you hit them, they're called "Oh, S#!!!!T"They are when you hit one of them.
Apparently, not cost effective to put all of that overhead stuff in the ground at this point, but yeah, I agree. That stuff belongs in the ground, out of the wind and the weather.
If you're a fan of March Madness, you'll want to give it more thought. Fubo doesn't offer the Turner lineup of channels. TNT, TBS and TRU aren't available through Fubo. The only games you'd get would be on CBS. That eliminates the majority of the tournament.Fubo is actually looking really, really, really attractive.
$79.99/month, which is high but whatever, but it comes with FS1, FS2 and USA which covers all my NASCAR, has ESPN, ESPN2 and ION which covers Caitlin Clark I mean the WNBA, and MASN which means I get to watch Baltimore Orioles baseball. Plus, my bank offers a $15 kickback each month, so it's actually $65/month.

I subscribe to YouTube TV and I also have access to Fubo. I use both. Both have their +'s and -'s. There's simply no single steaming package that offer everything a consumer might want.
Doesn't look like there are any affordable alternatives.
I can't turn mine on without having to scroll past some stick and ball extra charges screen they want to gig the stick and ballers with and that is after the gigged everybody with a large got ya price increase.
This.
I have no dog in this fight but I do love how Fubo claimed the new service would be an anticompetitive monopoly, right up until they joined the anticompetitive monopoly. Was it Groucho who said he'd never join any club that would accept him as a member?DIRECTV, EchoStar send letters to judge in Venu Sports case reiterating antitrust arguments
The two satellite companies still think Venu constitutes an antitrust violation, and sent letters to Judge Margaret Garnett to that effect.thestreamable.com
This should NOT be allowed to hit the market. Disney literally made the case go away by buying Fubo out.

Either way, I'll still be unaffected!when YouTube TV folds up, Venu will suddenly be $120/month.
I still have it made. I always planned to watch on a Fox network via the 'cable-like' streaming service from my broadband co-op.So... you Indy people thought you had it made. Not so fast, welcome to the cluster.
