How do you reheat gravy? Cause I'll end up making a gallon.

I’ve never reheated it. I suppose you could put it in a covered pot and place it in the oven 250ish.
I don’t microwave anything but water.

That's the key. Many people forget the nuke can be 'turned down'. If I do old-fashioned oats in the microwave at full power, the liquid boils over before the oats are cooked. 40% does the trick, is still faster than doing them on the stove, and I can use one dishwasher-safe container to cook and eat.

So in our first year in the house, we've seen deer, raccoons, marsh rats, toads, frogs, anole, skinks, and rat snakes in the back yard. We've seen dolphins, box turtles, and alligators in the neighborhood.
New Year's Eve day, this guy cut through the back yard. A second one came following out of the marsh. The fence is four feet high, so I make it to be about two at the shoulder.

It -may- be automatic. See that tanker car in the upper right? It -may- be on the sensor that controls the gate.
Or it could be manual and someone had a literal brain freeze...

You're seeing the end of a small railyard of tankers. There are several staged out there on one of the side tracks. They have some sort of 'Yard Dog' made for moving rail cars that goes out that track and brings individual cars in one at a time to be loaded or unloaded. One guy operates it and another takes care of switching tracks, hooking up and the like. He's the one that forgot to shut the gate. The loader told me it happens all the time but the deer always walk back out.

We are flushing services and hydrants in the area, preparing for another round of water quality testing. I saw a list of crap that they’re still detecting in the samples.
