I’ve never reheated it. I suppose you could put it in a covered pot and place it in the oven 250ish.
I don’t microwave anything but water.
I use microwave a ton but mainly for frozen meals and to heat water. Maybe heat some milk and stir it in? Let's see what AI says?
Reheating milk gravy can be a bit tricky since you want to avoid curdling or separating. Here are some tips to help you reheat it smoothly:
On the Stovetop
Use Low Heat: Place the gravy in a saucepan and heat it on low. This helps to warm it gradually and evenly.
Stir Frequently: Keep stirring the gravy to prevent it from sticking to the bottom and to ensure even heating.
Add Liquid if Needed: If the gravy seems too thick, you can add a little milk or broth to thin it out.
In the Microwave
Medium-Low Heat: Set your microwave to medium or medium-low heat.
Short Intervals: Heat the gravy in short intervals (about 30 seconds), stirring in between each interval to ensure even heating.
Cover the Container: Use a microwave-safe cover to prevent splatters and to help retain moisture
General Tips
Avoid High Heat: High temperatures can cause the milk to curdle.
Use a Whisk: If the gravy starts to separate, whisk it vigorously to bring it back together.
These methods should help you reheat your milk gravy without any issues. Enjoy your meal!
