Trackhouse off Track?

I have no idea what precipitated this, but I'm not terribly surprised. The track record of entertainment types and athletes staying involved in auto racing long term is pretty slim. The few that have stayed, like David Letterman, Joe Gibbs, Brad Dougherty, have roots to racing that pre-date their stardom. Jordan probably fits into that category too, but we shall see, especially if they lose the lawsuit. Pitbull's timing, three days before the biggest race of the season seems VERY odd. It's hard to imagine this happening this way if this was a friendly split. He had all off season to do this, why NOW? Also keep in mind, this split was rumored MONTHS ago, but was vehemently denied at the time.

As far as I can tell for Trackhouse, things -are- pretty much great. What do you see that indicates otherwise? What difference does it make if an investor pulls out, as long as he's replaced by others?

It's revman your talking to, there is something extremely wrong with trackhouse, they aren't driving Toyotas! :)
 
Suarez was on The Teardown as part of their media day podcast this week, he made some comments about a lot of internal stuff going on at Trackhouse, I bet this was part of it.

I think that is fair....their first year benchmark is high bar.
 
This is not what I wanted to see happen at the start of a new season. But things change and we must move on and look to the future. Thanks Pitbull for devoting the support that you did that helped get a new team up and running. You rock bro, and I look forward to the release of your next chart topping song.

He was born in Miami to Cuban immigrants. Last time I checked, the 14th Amendment was still in the Constitution, not that the document seems to make much difference these days.
