He doesn't quite have the luxury of being in a Gibbs Toyota.I had 50 bucks on Hocevar getting his first win before gibbs at the start of the year. That sucks
I just think for somebody to take 3 years in jgr equipment is ****** stupid
Yes. It took Byron and Elliott both until their 3rd year. Look at them now. Ive always said it takes about 3-5 years typically in cup for a driver to really settle in. Logano is another great example. And even Briscoe, though SHE closing affected that as well.It took Chase Elliott almost the same amount of time in Hendrick Equipment?
"Teacher says, every time someone on RF mentions reddit, an angel gets its wings ripped off."Fantastic race and the only thing socials like Reddit can discuss is fans attendance.
Lol, They had one post started by a whiner worried because he had a row to himself lol. They for the most part were saying the same things like they say here getting the same answers given here. A new one for me was one joker was complaining about how easy it was to park. I thought that was pretty funny."Teacher says, every time someone on RF mentions reddit, an angel gets its wings ripped off."
My guess is they put another steering box on the car because it wouldn't steer properly. That didn't look like that was the problem to fix the handling.Wonder what the deal was with William Byron he ran in about 30th position or worse all day.
Yes. Shop at one on a regular basisis Food City actually a place? asking for a friend

He has been pretty close all year, 5 top 5's out of 8 races.I was busy and missed most of the 1st stage, watched the 2nd stage on TV and most of the 3rd stage I listened on the radio. From what I took in it seemed like a pretty decent race. So hard to tell based on the radio broadcast because those guys make everything sound dramatic.
Ty is far from one of my favorite drivers, but it sure didn't seem like he lucked into this one. The only question now is this the start of something? Or a one and done?
He isn't a one and done. Toyota has it bagged. Running with the squirrels.Wonder what the deal was with William Byron he ran in about 30th position or worse all day.
Yes, that W for Ty was not if it will happen.... but when..He isn't a one and done. Toyota has it bagged. The other boys better figure it out
He's my pick as well. He's slowly but surely eating into Reddick's points lead.Blaney should have won the race.
He's my early season 2026 championship pick.
Ruile 1: Don't fight the narrative. Ruie 2: Don't mention Chasey as a reference for anything. Nobody will ever be as good as him.Yes. It took Byron and Elliott both until their 3rd year. Gibbs is not bad. And I’m definitely not a fan of him to any JGR. At all.
Unlike most here I’ve thought he’s been pretty damn good the last couple of years for his age. He didn’t win but he’s been in the hunt for a while now.
It appears that many if not most are forgetting that Ty was closing until the yellow stuff. Getting around Blaney would have been an issue, but getting to him was going to happen. Blaney best car? Maybe. Blaney deserving the win? Maybe not.Blaney should have won the race.

This is a good year for Ty to win more races. The Chevys are down on speed and they continue to make stupid calls like coming in at Bristol while four Yotas stayed out. Tires were as fast at 60 laps as they were when new.How long it takes for a driver to get his first win isn't much of an indicator of future success. There have been plenty of one-win wonders. A better indicator is how long it takes to get the fifth (if ever). I'm not directing this at Gibbs, it's a generalization.
I think we'll see him win more in the next three years than he has the past three.
