BP you bring up good points. I am looking at doing a "facelift" of the site. as for the mods, true there arent alot but we do have 4 admins that can mod any forum.

lets just say that they have to do a bit o posting before they can put a link in. so i think we will spot them pretty quick.

yes we have tried that, but the issue with it is I have to use too broad of a ban and then regular members get cut off. so i think this will do for us. you have to have so many post before you can put links in your post.

we do ban them, but they just sign up as new and do again. I have added a mod to test, but i need a volunteer to sign up as "testor" so we can see if it works. thanks.

We do our best, its just high this week cause alot of us are on vacation and such.

hehe i have tried that already but they are dynamic and spoofed.

buckaroo, right now about the only thing i can do is cut off potential new members from joining. Which is something that we really dont want to do. The mods and other admin are working like crazy to find them and ban them as quick as we can, but with the new spammer tech stoping it from email we...

Sorry about that guys, The company i work for got bought and then i went on vacation and didnt get to it fast enough. Then i found out that i had it set for auto renew but my CC had expired a week before it came due. It was a mess.
