Conspiracy theory # 17639-AC7 on Racing forums. Dale jr took out the 24s tire to try and keep him out of the chase and that didnt work so now he takes out half the field in testing so the 24 cant learn anymore about the new car. Sounds as good as a lot of the other theories on here.

By the way, lets talk about how hypocritical people are for a second. Had it been Kyle who caused that wreck yesterday how many fans and internet articles would we have seen bashing him to damnation by now?

In the post accident interviews, one driver (who shall not be named) said something that sounded silly. "Unfortunately, sometimes we have to wreck them to learn". Silly, right? Then it was Jr's turn. "I tried to push him and wrecked him. I guess we can't do that anymore".

The reason they spend a lot of money testing is to learn what not to do and what doesn't work. I think they learned that yesterday. I guess it's better to wreck in testing then in the race.
