It should be exciting. Hopefully short pitting will happen. Richmond is not as yellow with the
new black asphalt.

This is the first week where I actually feel like Chase has a legitimate shot at winning. He's very good there and he even wheeled that crappy 5th Hendrick car into the top 10 for a bit last year in this race.

He was fun to watch on raceview last week. From two laps down to fifth. He came up through the field 3 times without any help from the pits.

He certainly earned more than a 4th place finish, but it'll do for now. Thanks Harvick.

He certainly earned more than a 4th place finish,
Yep. I was thinking about his 5th place at Texas. In 8 races he was crashed out twice, had two 8th's, a 6th a 5th and a 4th. 20th at Martinsville, he was a lap down and couldn't get it back. So far he's impressing the heck outta me.

Why was it a crappy Hendrick car? Kenny Francis was crew chief and fully funded

Looking forward to another short track and I would like to see Jimmie get er done but I will like it regardless

I'm going this weekend :D

It'll actually only be my 2nd live race attendance ever, first one was in 2011 for the fall race. Really excited.
Awesome, have a good time

He did a decent job I'm just disputing that he was driving junk
In comparison to what the other Hendrick boys get week in and week out, there's no doubt it was inferior. Heck, people make the same argument for Kahne and the 5 team now even though that's probably less true.

It wasn't about him being competitive anyways, it was about seat time which he got.

That's badass. I went through a 7 or so year hiatus between races at one point. I'm sure you'll have a blast! I'd love to go to Richmond someday. The fact that you can walk around the whole perimeter of the track would make that race worth it.
